No amount of ergonomics can overcome faulty work habits. Your technique — how you habitually position your hands and body at the keyboard — can lead to injury or to recovery. Because good technique is not intuitive and few computer users receive proper instruction in this area, technique retraining is a critical part of Beyond Ergonomics. In these sessions, clients learn to identify risky computer habits and replace them with safer techniques. Sessions can be videotaped so they can see what they are doing — and how much they have improved!
